Big Pine Key, Florida

Administrative Office Building, National Key Deer Refuge

CCI was responsible for the design, deconstruction and construction of the National Key Deer Refuge Administration Building in Big Pine Key, Florida. The first phase of this $3.25M project consisted of the deconstruction of the existing shop and office building on the site. The existing building was a single-story, masonry building with a slab on grade foundation.

This $3.8M Project is located at the northeastern area of the Everglades and consisted of the deconstruction of two existing buildings and the design and construction of a combined 11,400 sq ft Administrative Office and Visitor Center with two covered observation decks in the middle of the Cyprus Swamp.

Menlo Park, California

120 Bed Gero-Psychiatric Replacement Facility

The contract is to design and build an 80,600 square foot facility for the Department of Veterans Affairs at Menlo Park, which is a municipal area within the general San Francisco Bay Area of California. The facility will contain 120 beds for gero-psychiatric patients.

Construct Range Power Range & Fiber Optics

CCI is to construct dedicated electrical distributor and fiber optic communications to extend approximately 12 miles. This Project includes clearing and grubbing the right of way, utility poles, ground rods, guy cables and fiber optic cables.

Main entrence gate of Redstone Arsenal located in Huntsville Alabama

CCI Group, LLC signed an IDIQ JOC contract valued at $45M per year for 10 years at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville Alabama.

CCI Group was awarded this contract after a competitive selection process between the incumbent and several other Alaskan Native firms.

Sept. 17, 2008 marked one year without a recordable incident for CCI’s North Slope operations.

This has been accomplished by our entire workforce of 105 people, including over 30% BBNC shareholders and Alaska Natives. Last year’s recordable rate for the North Slope was 3.04 based upon 267,000+ man-hours.

In 2007 we adopted a family for Thanksgiving and Christmas with our very own “Santa Claus,” Shane Burgess, project manager, delivering the gifts to the family.

CCI has also supported the Alaska Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired for the past two years through $15,000 donations.
